Auto
responders are emails that are
automatically sent to a visitor on your website
after they have filled out a form, whether to
purchase a product, opt in to your newsletter,
or contact you with a question. The
auto responder message serves
as an acknowledgement of the visitor's action.
It becomes your link to your customer.
An auto responder is also the
software program that makes this automatic
communication possible. The auto
responder program can be preloaded
with a series of emails (i.e. newsletter,
ecourse) that are sent to a subscriber at
preset intervals. The effectiveness of
the communication is determined by the value of
the content you provide.
